Welcome to the website of Christ's View Christian Church! We are a smaller church located in a smaller town in Southern Illinois in the town of Christopher. If you've never heard of Christopher, we're about half an hour north of Carbondale, Illinois.
Christ's View Christian Church is part of the Stone/Campbell Movement, also known as the Restoration Movement. The goal of the Stone/Campbell Movement is to practice simple Christianity as it is revealed to us in the New Testament. For this reason, many of us in the Movement do not consider ourselves to be part of a specific Christian Denomination. However, we love our Christian brothers and sisters across all denomination lines that hold to Jesus Christ as the crucified and risen Son of God.
Whether you are journeying towards faith in Christ and would like to have some friends to point you towards Him or if your journey has already brought you to faith in Christ but you are looking for a church home in the Christopher area, we would love to extend an invitation to you to join us here at Christ's View Christian Church. We hold services on Sunday morning as well as a midweek Bible study and prayer meeting.
